These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Urban Chic Beauty.

Appointments

All appointments must be booked via our online booking system or directly with the salon. Online bookings, payments and deposits are managed securely through Phorest.

Treatment suitability

Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical and personal information at the time of booking and consultation. Urban Chic Beauty reserves the right to refuse or modify treatments if they are deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

Patch testing

Patch tests are required for certain treatments (including but not limited to waxing, tinting, lash and brow services). It is the client’s responsibility to ensure this requirement is met prior to their appointment.

Late arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or cancellation of the appointment if it impacts other bookings. Full charges may still apply.

Behaviour

We operate a professional, respectful salon environment. Any abusive, inappropriate or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
