Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Booking & payments
All bookings, deposits and payments are processed via Phorest Salon Software, which outlines full booking terms at the point of reservation.
Cancellations & changes
We kindly ask that appointments are cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with the notice period stated at the time of booking via Phorest.
Cancellations outside of this window will result in loss of deposit & full charge, as outlined during booking.
Late arrivals & no-shows
Late arrivals that prevent the service from being completed may be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly. Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in full charges.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for completed services. Any refund requests will be reviewed in line with the booking terms agreed to via Phorest at the time of payment.

Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the validity period stated at purchase. Voucher terms are outlined at the point of sale.
